Our Physical activity team will help you find a suitable activity that doesn't have to be painful or exausting! They will:

  • Help you to increase your physical activity to improve your health and wellbeing
  • Work with you to identify physical activity options that are effective and you feel comfortable doing. This could be anything from active travel (more walking or cycling) to dance.
  • Provide expert advice on how to increase your physical activity and stay active in the long-term
  • Develop a home exercise plan that meets your needs
