Bridlington Urgent Treatment Centre
Our Urgent Treatment Centres (UTCs) offer high-quality urgent medical help for patients when it’s not a life or limb-threatening emergency.
We can see and treat adults and children who have minor injuries or illness.
There is a wide range of expert clinicians working in the service, from nurses to physiotherapists and paramedics to doctors, among many others, who can diagnose and deal with many of the most common problems people go to A&E for.
We can help with:
- broken bones and sprains
- injuries, cuts and bruises
- minor burns and scalds
- coughs, colds and breathing problems
- sore throats and earache
- vomiting and diarrhoea
- skin infections and rashes
- high temperature (fever) in children and adults
- mental health problems
- minor eye complaints
We have access to x-ray to assess for fractures (broken bones) in areas of the body such as shoulder, elbow, arm, hand and fingers, knee, lower leg, ankle, and foot.
You don’t need an appointment, just walk in.
If you contact NHS 111 before your visit though, you may be given a specific appointment time.
