Stockbridge Village Ramblers: July 2021

Stockbridge Village Ramblers are the oldest club/group in Stockbridge Village, Liverpool. We established in 1984. We provide fortnightly walks for the adults of our community. Providing an opportunity for the adults of our community to improve their physical as well as mental health, out in the fresh air of our beautiful countryside. Transport costs are our main out going. Club subscriptions and walking subscriptions do not cover our costs, so to continue to provide this service we need to apply for grants. Obtaining the funding, helps the longevity of our club for future generations.

On behalf of the Stockbridge Village Ramblers. Thank you very much for your funding in 2021.

We used the funding towards our transport. We went on walks to Clithero, Bolton Abbey, Coniston, Llangollen, Derbyshire and Rivington Pike, just to mention a few. Thoroughly enjoyed by everyone.

We want to keep this club going for generations to come.

Thank you again.

You can contact Carol Gilligan (cgill62@googlemail.com) for more information about the club.
