The City Health Care Partnership Foundation small grants scheme has helped many local community and voluntary organisations over the years, by helping to fund projects that contribute to the health and wellbeing of people living in Hull, the East Riding of Yorkshire, Knowsley, St Helens, Wigan & Leigh.
