What to expect

Our bookings team will contact you to make your first appointment, which is usually a telephone appointment and lasts about 30 minutes.

During your first appointment a clinician will discuss your nutritional needs and work with you / your child to set individual goals. At the end of your appointment, we will discuss arrangements for future appointments if needed. We aim to review your dietary goals and help you to self-manage, where possible. As part of your assessment if a prescription is needed, we will ask your GP to action this.

We may need to discuss treatments with other people involved with your care and will gain your consent for this. You are welcome to have a relative or friend present during your appointment.

Our clinic locations

We will endeavour to offer you a clinic appointment at your preferred location and time; however, this may not always be possible due to demand.
