And the winner is...

City Health Care Partnership CIC (CHCP CIC) have walked away from the Employee Benefits Awards 2013 as a winner.

CHCP CIC scooped the award for Best Total Reward Strategy at the event, other winners included the likes of McDonald's Restaurants, BMW(UK) and JP Morgan.

CHCP CIC Chief Executive Andrew Burnell has said “Our staff are the most valuable asset to the organisation so to be able to offer them a comprehensive rewards and benefits scheme is very important to us.  This award is great recognition of that and something we are very proud of.”

Employee Resources Director, Elaine Nisbet was delighted with the award “To win the award in the company of such big national and international businesses is fantastic. We work very hard to ensure we can offer our employee’s an attractive rewards and benefits package, so to be recognised for this on a national level is a magnificent achievement.”
