CHCP CIC - A Winner at the Pay and Benefits Awards

City Health Care Partnership CIC (CHCP CIC) was announced as a winner at the prestigious Pay and Benefits Awards on Thursday evening. Shortlisted in the category of Most Effective Rewards Programme – CHCP CIC were up against the likes of McDonalds Restaurants, William Grant & Sons Ltd, Mondelez International and New College Durham.

The Pay and Benefits Awards are a national event held annually, organised by Pay and Benefits Magazine. Now in its second year the awards honour individuals and teams for their outstanding achievements in the pay and benefits industry.

These highly prestigious prizes are awarded in a range of 14 payroll and benefits-related categories, including: Most Effective Rewards Programme, Most Effective Payroll Giving Scheme and Product of the Year.

CHCP CIC Chief Executive Andrew Burnell said “Our staff are our most valuable asset so to be able to offer them the best possible rewards and benefits is very important to us.  This award is great recognition of that and something we are very proud of.”

Employee Resources Director, Elaine Nisbet was delighted with the award “What a brilliant night! The awards were presented by comedian Ian Moore during a black-tie dinner at 8 Northumberland Avenue in Central London, other guests included McDonalds Restaurants, J Sainsburys, Marks and Spencer, ASOS, EE and many more.
