Commenting on the award, CHCP CIC’s chief executive Andrew Burnell said, “We know that our colleagues are our greatest asset. To be a caring, compassionate and committed healthcare provider, it’s essential to invest properly in the people who do the work. This means not only making sure they get the best training and development opportunities but, more importantly, that they feel valued and appreciated in fulfilling roles that really make a difference to the communities we work in. We are absolutely delighted that Investors in People have awarded us gold accreditation and it’s a credit to everyone who helps to make CHCP CIC a place where people love to work.”
