Local health and social care provider City Health Care Partnership CIC (CHCP CIC) have beaten off competition from Australia, the USA, Abu Dhabi and South Korea to win the Gold ‘Stevie’ International Business Award for Company of the Year - Non-Profit or Government Organisations.
The Stevie Award trophy is one of the world's most coveted prizes. Since 2002 the Gold Stevie Award has been conferred for achievement in business to organisations and individuals in more than 60 nations.
The awards will be presented at a gala banquet in Paris in 10 October. CHCP CIC’s chief executive, Andrew Burnell, said, “We are absolutely delighted to have our achievements recognised in this way. To win a gold award against competition from across the world is a ringing endorsement of our company, our staff and our business model and it’s also a fantastic opportunity to put our region on the international map.”
