CHCP one of top 500 places to work

City Health Care Partnership CIC (CHCP) is one of the top 500 companies in the UK to work for, according to a new survey by the Financial Times and Statista.

The Best Employers ranking lists 500 companies after an independent survey from a sample of around 20,000 employees. Workers were asked to give their opinions on statements about their employer in areas including working conditions, salary, potential for development and company image.

Healthcare and social companies dominated the rankings, so CHCP is particularly proud of being the highest ranked health and care organisation in our region to be listed. Director of Corporate Development and People, Giles Bridgeman, said, “We want to be a place where people love to work and this survey shows that we’re achieving this, but there is always room for improvement. The health, happiness and wellbeing of our colleagues is paramount and has a huge effect on the quality of our services, so we’re delighted that our efforts have been recognised in this survey.”
