Grants up for grabs
18 August, 2015
Time is nearly up for the latest round of small grant applications from City Health Care Partnership Foundation, which closes on 1 September 2015.
Voluntary and community groups can apply for up to £1,000 for projects, events or activities that contribute to the wellbeing of local people in the areas where City Health Care Partnership CIC (CHCP CIC), the Foundation’s parent company, provides services. These include Hull, the East Riding, North and North East Lincolnshire, Knowsley, St Helens and Wigan.
Groups have to meet certain criteria in order to qualify for grants; these are listed on the charity’s website, www.chcpfoundation.org.uk. Application forms and guidance notes can also be found on the website.
The Foundation is managed by Trustees, drawn from staff shareholders at CHCP CIC, who give up their time to run the charity. Trustee Martin Dougan said, “We look forward to reading applications for small grants as it’s really encouraging to see all the great work going on out there to benefit our communities. I would urge any organisations who qualify and are in need of funds to put in an application; the forms are not daunting and the process is clear and straightforward.”
