Patient opinion is launched in Hull to capture what people really think of their health care

City Health Care Partnerships (NHS Hull’s Provider Services) is committed to providing health care services and what their patients think and feel is extremely important, so much so that we would like people to give their opinion, which can be given either through the website or over the phone and will be used by City Health Care Partnership understand areas where their services could be made better for patients.

Denise Anderton, Head of Social Business and Engagement for City Health Care Partnership (NHS Hull Provider Services), said:

“It’s essential that we hear the opinions of our patients to help us to discover out how well our services are working, they may need to be improved in the future, or they may be celebrated for their successes.

If you have recently been a patient at one of our services and you would like to tell us about your experience you can call Patient Opinion or just pop online. Remember we need to know if your experience was good or bad.”
