Tissue Viability

The Tissue Viability service are a specialist nursing service for wounds that are complex and taking a longer time to heal than expected.

You will receive care at one of our treatment rooms, or in your own home if you are housebound.

Patients being seen by a practice nurse, GP or who live in a residential home should first be referred to the Community Nursing service or Treatment Rooms in the first instance.
Patients who aren't eligible for community nursing or treatment room services can be referred directly into the tissue viability service.
