What to expect
Eating Disorder Assessment
You will be invited to meet an eating disorder practitioner for a specialist assessment of your needs. This will involve having some physical health checks including a blood test. You can bring someone with you if you feel you need further support.
Depending on your needs there are a variety of treatment options including:
Day Service (Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm)
The focus is on meal planning and preparation. This may include group work, 1:1 sessions and practical support.
Out Patient Service
This provides psychological treatment via 1:1 or group sessions with a different member of the team.
Intensive Treatment Support
Supporting individuals to manage their illness at home and in other settings.
Inpatient Case Management
We co-ordinate admissions to regional in-patient units and maintain links with patients and professionals during treatment.
