Special School Service

Our CCN Team support children and young people who attend special schools in Hull and East Riding. This may include direct care, or training for education staff, to support the child’s access to education, and meet their health needs during the school day. Structured training and support for carers utilising on-line resources, face to face practical demonstration and support, and competency packages is available. We will also work with the family to deliver individual training for the child, alongside the main carers, when required.

We also provide support for young people aged 14 years and over with long term health needs, to help them move into adult health services.
