Patients have their say on community health services
10 May, 2010
The survey is part of City Health Care Partnerships (NHS Hull Provider Services) commitment to providing health services that are designed around what patients say. The results of the survey will be used to help City Health Care Partnership understand areas where their services could be made better for patients.
Denise Anderton, Head of Social Business and Engagement for City Health Care Partnership (NHS Hull Provider Services), said:
“Our patient’s views are very important in helping us find out how well our services are working and how they can be improved in the future.
I would encourage anybody who receives the survey to complete it and send it back; we strive to provide patient centred services and we need surveys, such as this, to gain our patients thoughts.”
The postal survey asks patients a range of questions about what happened before and during their visit. Participation in the survey is voluntary and answers will be treated in confidence.
