Visitor Information

Visiting times:

• 2.00pm to 4.00pm
• 5.30pm to 7.00pm

We encourage friends/family members to visit while you are staying at Holy Name. Please supervise children at all
times and stick to visiting times.

Please speak to staff if you need to arrange a visit outside
of the normal times.

Parking

There is free but limited car parking at Holy Name. Please use designated parking bays and keep the main doors
and turning bays clear for emergency vehicles. You are responsible for the safety of your own property while your
vehicle is in the car park.

Access to Holy Name

Please come through the brown door at the main entrance. Press the green button and this will let you push
the door open into the foyer. Press the green button in the foyer that is on the right-hand side. This will alert the
staff that you are waiting to enter the building and they will open the door for you.

Smoking

City Health Care Partnership CIC has a no smoking policy on all its sites in accordance with government legislation.
Smoking is not permitted on Holy Name premises or grounds, except for patients who have an allocated smoking shelter in one of the courtyard areas.

Alcohol and drugs

Alcohol and drugs must not be brought into Holy Name. If you are found to be in possession or under the influence of these, you may be asked to leave the
premises.
